Julio Ramon Serrano is a visual artist born in Holguin, Cuba, in 1967.
Serrano's art has been developed through batches of work. His art is a residual moment of emotional stages, where the artist uses several sources as inspirational departures, such as photography, art history, psychology, politics, history, and poetry. These sources are purposely weaved into the art to provok ambiguity and ambivalence, a blurred concept that leads to analysis and interpretation.
